More than 40 years of leadership with the Canadian Armed Forces, including multiple command roles in operational theatres. Served as CAF Liaison Officer at the Pentagon between the U.S. Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Canadian Chief of Defence Staff, and led the Digital Transformation of the Canadian Armed Forces. He knows how Canada's defence machinery makes decisions, and where the pressure points are.

Chief Operating Officer

A transformation, policy and procurement strategist with deep roots in both the private sector and the Government of Canada. He is a veteran of PwC and the Treasury Board Secretariat. At TBS he provided oversight of the Government of Canada's largest digital investment portfolio on behalf of the CIO of Canada, and developed the Concept Case methodology now used across government for disciplined investment analysis.

Chief Technology Officer

Nearly three decades at the cutting edge of technology. As Deputy Chief of data engineering and data science at CSIS, he led teams through complex national security analytics and big data work. He went on to lead engineering at IBM and AWS, where his team delivered generative AI features in Amazon Q in QuickSight. At Atlas he built the Secure Intelligence (ScI) platform and the Canadian-hosted environment that underpins our data residency. He holds an MBA and an M.Sc. in Computer Science.

A CSIS intelligence officer for 28 years, he established and led the Service's Cyber Centre and its data exploitation, forensics and OSINT teams. His operational background is counterterrorism and counterintelligence, including three foreign deployments to high-risk operating theatres as Head and Deputy Head of Station. He founded Cyber Analysis Group, which tracks state-sponsored cyber operations from Iran, North Korea, China and Russia and investigates ransomware and fraud.
